Recently, an implant called the Enteryx entered the medical field, for patients who suffered from acid reflux but refused to go under the knife. The implant strengthens the esophageal splinter and prevents acid from entering it, thereby stopping inflammation of the Esophagus. The implant is injected into the body during an endoscopy. .

The mentioned remedies however require the ingestion of artificial substances which many people still do not vouch for. . Mostly people still prefer medicine that is natural. . Artificial medication is good but people still prefer the natural medication for its various advantages. For example, natural medication has no real side effects. . But, in spite of its advantages, herbal remedies take a long time to react to and cure the acid reflux. . Measuring the efficiency takes very long time, approximately about 2 months.
